Vegetarian

Being a vegetarian is good for health.They are rich in proteins,carbonhydrates,vitamins and minerals.Example Vegetables,Fruits,Soy,Rice,Cottage Cheese etc.
These food are low in fats and they should not be eaten in excess because of high amount of proteins,carbonhydrates.There are four type of vegetarians-Vegetarian who eat dairy products and eggs,Vegetarians who eat only dairy products ,Vegetarian who eat only eggs and Vegetarian who don't eat both.

If you eat less,it causes deficiency of B12 and more,it causes obesity.Vegetarians don't eat meat product but Non-Vegetarians eat plants and meat.One's life is depend on lifestyle,behaviour and health.Sometimes,you should eat vegetarian and non-Vegetarian food.
