Non Vegetarian



Being a non vegetarian is great for maintaining good health. Such foods are extremely rich in protein, iron and calcium. They are good for health.They make our body strong and fit.Examples are Chicken,Fish,Crab,Lobster.They can be eaten at anytime .They should not be eaten in excess/much amount as, despite their high nutrition content, they also contain a lot of fats.
As said before, one's diet completely depends on one's lifestyle. So, if you are quite plump at the moment and are starting to work out, it is a good habit to eat 1 or 2 boiled eggs ( without the yolk ) to build up the broken tissues of one's body. Along with that, one should also take foods containing carbohydrates immediately before workout.
