One should be fit and fine.this Let us tell you some fitness tips that are-

1-Exercise daily 30 minutes,two times a day (Morning and Evening).

2-If you are pregnant or suffering from diseases like hand or leg disease,do less exercise.

3-Eat food 2 hours before exercise and after exercise also.

4-If your are a dancer or fitness teacher,you should at least two fruits and vegetables daily.

5-To increase your height and decrease your weight,have a balanced diet(less amount of fats) and Height,eat protein powder.
